For Airmail shippings you can track and trace at www.correoargentino.com.ar and your official local postal service (i.e. USPS on the USA) when available and when the pack has arrived to your country (usually half the requested time for the shipping)
On DHL you can track at www.dhl.com with the tracking number that will appear in your order history (by logging to your account) and on the comments field of the e-mail you will receive about it.
Shipping Costs are calculated on basis of the total weight of the
products ordered. When you have all your items in your shopping cart, and you are ready to complete the purchase, you'll press the "checkout" button. Then you'll probably have to register or log in if you are already registered. Then the next screen will show you both shipping options with the automatically calculated shipping costs for those weights.
Remember, the more items you order, the less the shipping charge is increased!

3. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsability
(i.e. mistake on the requested size, bad typo on the shirt
customization) we WILL REFUND shipping costs.

of our catalog, however, sometimes certain models and sizes
are hard to get or get sold very quickly and distribuitors have stocking problems. In those cases we'll act this way:
1st: Offer an exchange for different model or size or item of a similar value.
2nd: Try to buy the shirt at retail to ship it anyway to you
3rd: Refund full amount paid.
Items lost in mail
Since all of our shipping methods are online tracked, if
an item fails to be delivered by mail service we will re-ship
goods after confirmation of lost/damage in mail. Re-ship will
be made by courier delivery in the faster way as possible.
If your item was unique, you'll receive a full refund of it.
